A complete production program in a wide range of executions, a quality level which meets the most current standards, a product that increasingly receives the approval of a very demanding international clientele.In all "sanitary-food" applications, production standards must fulfil sophisticated executions and requirements. They include the selection of raw material, forming, welding, bead-rolling, calibrating, heat and surface treatments.

Reference Standards (A 270-DIN 11850-AFNOR 49249-ISO 2037) are for SATINOX a starting point. The attention paid to the market and the feed back we receive, permit us to costantly improve and diversify this product. Hygienic requirements have been taken into account together with possible further manufacturing processes and last, but not least, an affordable price level due to the continuous new application.

Our tubes are supplied in both annealed and not annealed conditions, Satinox Bright Annealed means a low roughness surface.

Surface
Roughness level on the inside surface is the most defining element of the product. Maximum limits (most critical area is the welding zone) are indicated by the Standards.Often the roughness level of Satinox tubes lies quite below those limits.Outside surface conditions have both functional and aesthetic importance.
Our staff has identified and elaborated those requirements, adding new ones to standard executions, "Dairy Polished" for instance, combines qulity with affordability and new applications.Particular attention has been paid to requirements related to further manufacturing, characterizing our products as very reliable and versatile.
